As a mother of two young children, she understands the unique challenges caregivers face in prioritizing their own well-being. With her guidance, you’ll make sustainable changes that enhance your strength, wellness, and longevity, focusing on balancing progressive overload with recovery to achieve lasting results.

I've been passionate about wellness/fitness since 2016. Realistic programming, consistency, and proper recovery, is key to reaching your goals while improving mental and physical health. I coach with the knowledge that every body is different and has unique needs. Everybody deserves to enjoy movement! I utilize resistance training as well as mobility, plyometric, cardio, and yoga work to help clients reach their unique goals. I also teach adaptive yoga and training with the help of VoiceColors Yoga to neurodiverse individuals.
Karen Larsen
Lead Classical Pilates Instructor
Karen is a Pilates, Yoga, Thai massage therapist and licensed riding instructor, with 35 years teaching experience. She taught for Joy of Movement, Fitcorp and other Studios in Boston. Karen studied dance, pilates, massage, thai massage, and yoga. She has taught Pilates and riding at various riding schools in Massachusetts, in addition to teaching therapeutic riding and coaching Special Olympics for over 10 years. She specializes in working with Pilates clients who have stenosis of the spine, osteoporosis, arthritic spinal issues and cerebral palsy. Karen and her partner Andrew own a 100 acre animal sanctuary in the Pioneer Valley. She enjoys hiking the white mountains with her son, and mountains biking/ rollerblading with Andrew. Being healthy and strong allows us to enjoy the beauty life has to offer.

I am delighted to be a member of the Intuitive Wellness Team that brings the foundational teachings of Joseph Pilates to clients. I am certified in Voice Colors Yoga program I am passionate about teaching Pilates because it is a transformative practice. Through intentional, purposeful, and graceful movements, individuals connect to their inner strength. My goal is to create a nurturing space by providing safe support, encouragement, corrections, and modifications as needed, tailored to each client’s needs and objectives. Outside of the studio, I find joy in music and being in nature, particularly the ocean in the warm sun!

Tim is a native of Glens Falls, NY, manual therapist, athlete and anatomy enthusiast. He has 20 plus years of healthcare experience that ranges from professional sports ( NHL, AHL, MLB, PGA, Ironman) internal medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, Physical Therapy/ Rehab, Chiropractic, and traumatic brain injury. After finishing with a BS in Sports Medicine / Athletic Training from New England College in Henniker, NH he went on to further his education at Cortiva Institute in Watertown, MA. From there he has gained more skill and knowledge from Tom Karis, Stu Wild (Myopain Seminars / Neuromuscular Therapy), Tom Myers (Anatomy Trains), Dr Robert Schleip of Ulm University, and Whitney Lowe. While working at BCH, St Elizabeth’s in orthopedics / Sports Medicine Tim was exposed to a medical school level of everyday education from some of the worlds top MD’s. Outside the office Tim will be coaching hockey, working out at Crossfit, riding his bike, hiking, playing guitar, and being with his family (wife, daughter and dog)

My passion is to show you how resistance training can help you stabilize your posterior chain, strengthen your core, and improve your mobility and flexibility.

RYT500, CST, DLMT Kaye has 20+ years of experience teaching yoga/meditation and practicing a variety of Energy Medicine and Mind-Body Therapies. She helps her clients and students to heal and break through challenges, inspiring them to awaken to their own higher consciousness and remember who they are on the deepest level. It gives her great joy to help others heal themselves, reclaim their power and improve the quality of their lives. Kaye is active working with anyone seeking physical, mental, or emotional healing, spiritual growth and discovery. Her novel “Return of the Heroine”, an inspirational story of a historical legacy of heroism intertwining with the empowerment of the modern woman, was winner of an Honorable Mention in the Writer’s Digest Writing Competition, and a finalist in the Hay-House Visions Fiction Writing Competition.

Scott, originally from Minnesota, holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University. With a lifelong passion for sports and movement, he specializes in treating injuries related to weightlifting, swimming, running, tennis, and golf.
Since moving to the Boston area in 2019, Dr. Scott has focused on holistic, patient-centered care, integrating functional movement analysis, gait assessment, and swing evaluation to optimize performance and prevent injuries. His collaborative approach, shaped by experience working alongside physical therapists and trainers, empowers patients to reach their full potential in fitness and daily life.
Outside of work, Dr. Scott enjoys hiking, group fitness classes, and exploring the Northeast. Whether you're an athlete or seeking to improve your well-being, he's here to help you achieve your goals.
