High energy, cardio group class highlighting different styles of movement, all performed in various high intensity intervals. Plyometrics, ballistic movements, cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, as well as mobility and flexibility exercises will be combined in different combinations to get you moving and grooving all class long!

Prenatal Fitness
High energy, cardio group class highlighting different styles of movement, all performed in various high intensity intervals. Plyometrics, ballistic movements, cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, as well as mobility and flexibility exercises will be combined in different combinations to get you moving and grooving all class long! Postpartum women are welcome as well.

Core
Engagement
High energy, resistance training group class highlighting the importance of engaging your core every single time you perform an exercise. Each week we will focus on activating the core while performing different resistance-based exercises. By learning to brace your core and localize different muscle groups, you will ensure safety when exercising and greatly strengthen your core, trunk and posterior chain. This class is a fundamental workout for anyone and everyone!
Wednesday's at 10am

Full Body Resistance Training
High energy, resistance training group class highlighting the 6 main compound lifts: squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts, bench press, overhead press, & chin ups. Each week we will focus on a different aspect of resistance training: weights, range of motion, number of reps, mind/body/muscle connection, different ways to achieve full lockout, and overall flexibility and stability of the posterior chain. Always designed for the individual and extremely adaptable to all performance capabilities.

Yoga
Gentle Yoga includes an introduction to meditation, pranayama, gentle warm-ups, postures, cool-downs, and relaxation. This class is designed for all levels.
Wednesday's at 5:30pm

In this class you will be slowly guided, in a mindful manner, allowing you to find the pose in your body. Emphasis will be placed on functional movements and mindful inhales and exhales in an effort to facilitate a connection between breath and body. This slow and mindful approach allows students to experience a truly felt practice while observing the thoughts, emotions and sensations that arise.
Thursday's at 9:30am

With an emphasis on slow functional movements, this class will work to build and/or maintain strength and mobility in our aging bodies. You will be slowly guided, in a mindful manner, with the goal of helping you feel the pose in your body.Each class will help you notice what is happening in the body in an effort to keep it functioning properly.
Thursday's at 10:30am

This gentle yoga flow combines the power of slow movement and sacred sound. This class offers a soft flow followed by a mediation of sound utilizing crystal sound bowls. A beautiful way to enter your evening with a sense of relaxation and harmony.
Thursday's at 5:30pm

This is restorative yoga based on functional movement and pain management. Biomechanical sequencing, emphasizes the connection between awareness and knowledge of the body through movement.
