This class develops core strength and lengthens the spine to encourage better posture. Engage every muscle in a low impact environment.

Monday's at 5:30pm

High energy, cardio group class highlighting different styles of movement, all performed in various high intensity intervals.  Plyometrics, ballistic movements, cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, as well as mobility and flexibility exercises will be combined in different combinations to get you moving and grooving all class long! Postpartum women are welcome as well.
